Although it may be tempting to tackle a tougher training session and/or miss a meal/s after tucking into too much food, there's no need to subject ourselves to self-starvation and/or excessive exercise in order to eliminate the excess energy obtained from overeating - this is simply due to the fact that providing we're able to listen to our body's internal cues e.g.we can sense our physiological hunger and satiety signals, we will naturally consume fewer calories at our next meal/s.
