Fast fitness fact: the 'best' time to train is the time that 'best' suits us... Whether it's a weighted workout before breakfast or a bums and tums class after tea, the 'best' time to train is the time that we feel most motivated, eager and energetic to exercise.  This not only ensures that we participate in physical activity to our full potential (subjecting ourselves to a half hearted workout when we're too tired and/or short on time won't see us reap optimum results), but it also leaves us much more likely to sustain a regular exercise regime that we enjoy - the latter simply due to the fact that we don't feel forced to fulfil our favoured form of fitness at a specific time, a problem that's particularly prevalent in the warped world of weight loss as a result of fitness 'professionals' promoting the perception that the likes of fasted cardio before breakfast is 'best' for fat loss.  www.twitter.com/celerylips
